EnGenius-DuraFon.com Ordering Policy
Orders may be placed with Engenius-Durafon.com either online or by email. We accept the following methods of payments:
- Credit Card (MasterCard, VISA, or American Express) your credit card will not be charged until your order is processed
- Pre-Paid (Mail in orders are accepted) orders are shipped within one week of receipt, unless pre-approved
Shipping to the United States and Canada only. Items in stock shipping to U.S. addresses are shipped within 1 business day (weekend orders shipped on Monday, holidays excluded). Sales tax of 7.25% will be added to all orders shipped to California addresses.
The following shipping methods are used:
- Contiguous U.S. States (via UPS, FedEx or US Mail — ground, 3 day, 2 day or next day — and must ship to a physical address) no deliveries to a P.O. box
- Alaska and Hawaii (via UPS or FedEx — 2 day or next day only)
- Canada (via UPS or FedEx) import duties and/or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient
Should actual shipping charges exceed pre-calculated shipping charges an email will be sent for approval of additional charges prior to shipping.
EnGenius DuraFon System Returns
If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your EnGenius DuraFon equipment within 30 days of the order date, we will provide you a refund subject to a restock fee of 20% for testing, cleaning, re-packaging and credit card charges.
- Send a email to Returns@EnGenius-Durafon.com with a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- A RMA number will be issued via email within 1 business day
- Package the product in original retail box including all packing material, user guides and manuals (to be considered for refund the product must be in “like new” condition)
- Include a copy of original invoice
- Ship pre-paid and insured to address supplied to you on RMA email response
- Allow 6 to 8 weeks for processing
Original shipping charges are not refundable. RMA numbers are good for a period of 10 days of issuance and must be received within the 10 days.
We may refuse returns for the following reasons:
- No RMA number was obtained or has expired
- Damaged product or packaging
- Missing accessories or literature or manuals
If we accept returns with damaged or missing parts:
- Missing parts or damaged parts will be charged at current list price
All warranty service is provided by the manufacturer. Please contact EnGenius Technologies at 888-735-7888 for return/replacement procedures.
Engenius-Durafon gathers information about our customers through orders placed online or by telephone. Only such information required to process these orders is stored.
